How to achieve an ideal band score in IELTS writing ..?

Writing is one of the most toughest modules in IELTS. A lot of students grapple with the fact how to acquire desired bands in this module. Here I ll discuss a few steps from the scratch. Let's get started :
  • INTRODUCTION:
This is the first part of ielts essay writing which constitutes the first impression on examiner. A perfect introduction needs to be paraphrased clearly and briefly and for paraphrasing, majorly two things are factored into 
1) Composition of sentence 
2) Synonyms
Let's discuss both of them one by one :
There are a number of ways by which structure of a sentence can be variated and the first way out is active passive voice. Say 
Global warming is one of the burning issues in the world of today.
Rephrased version : World is confronting several problems and one of them is global warming .
* This is the easiest way to bring variations into the introduction of your essay.

#SYNONYMS: 
Basically the words which share same meaning are considered as synonyms as like 
Important can be written as : vital ,pivotal, crucial, necessary, essential etcetera.

Now let's try hands on rephrasing a sample introduction:
Science and technology is the field which has revolutionised all walks of life but some view it as a curse. What is your opinion ?

In this air of modernity, each and every realm has been influenced by scientific and technological developments, whereas some sections harbour the belief that it poses a threat to the world. As per my perspective, though it has both positive and downsides but the former outweigh the latter.
