STRUCTURE OF ESSAY CAN BE AS FOLLOWS:

  • BP-1) First view( why women should be given equal chances)
  • BP-2) Second view( why women should only perform domestic duties)
  • BP-3) Mention your opinion
MODEL ANSWER (BAND SCORE 7.5)

The question related to women's rights has always been a topic of heated controversy. While some conventional views are females need to take care of their homes and children, more liberal view holders reckon that women should be entitled to the same rights as those provided to men in terms of working freely in whatever profession they wish to. This essay will explore both the sides of argument and voice my personal opinion.

Examining one perspective, it is totally false to believe that a female cannot maintain a balance between her professional and personal responsibilities. This is largely due to the fact that online working options and the availability of part-time jobs have made it possible to spare a great deal of time to manage both of her fronts. To exemplify, the organization of Child care in Lisbon found that women who did part-time work devote equal hours to child care as that of housewives. Henceforth, it is strongly incoherent to profess, as traditionalists do, that having a job often compromises a women's capability to look after her children.

However, no one can deny the fact that in today's humdrum routines of life where both the parents are working, have heightened the level of immorality and obscurity in the behavior of children. As these children are completely deprived of the love and care of their parents, mothers in particular. On top of that working women often release all the frustration of their work on their wards which consequently withers the relationship and bonding between a mother and child. Therefore, it is direly needed for a woman to provide the utmost care and attention to the children especially in an early age to make them morally civilized citizens of the nation.

As far as my ideology is concerned, I opine that working women become financially strong enough to invest more in their child's education, health, and even in personal development. Since the additional source of earning enables the parents to provide classes related to extracurricular activities and tuitions to their children. It is, thus, apparent that mothers who work are facilitating, rather than impeding, the growth and development of children.

Having weighed up both the facets of argument, it can be concluded that women, no doubt, possess the capability to excel in their careers and become good mothers aw well. Seen in this light, it is evident that the conventional view holds no ground and will be supplanted by the liberal opinions where women would not be limited only to domestic duties and be provided with certain chances of exploring the outside world too.
